Imagined Migrant Futures is a decolonial creative research project, run by Gabby Loo and Gok-Lim Finch, involving community collaborators Aisyah Aaqil Sumito, Alina Tang, Colin Smith, The Doneo Sibs, Giok Lian and Nadia Macaulay, Nazerul Khairy Ben-Dzulkefli, Nang Voe Hom, Gabby Loo, Patrick Bryce, Patrick Gunasekera, Gok-Lim Finch (國令) and Susan Finch (Ah1 Kum3), Vidya Rajan and Meera Thiagarajan.
The exhibition created from this project explores the artists' approach to Asian migrant lineage in Western Australia. This short documentary features the stories behind the artwork of these artists.
